Picture the Earth as a space station. No astronaut would fill the cabin with smoke or toss rubbish down the corridor. They know the air they breathe is the only air they have. We are travelling in the same kind of ship, with eight billion passengers, and we are finally starting to notice. Movosfera was born from that awareness: a climate change movement that brings together people, ideas and solutions.

The good news is that we already know what is failing and how to fix it.
What is failing
In less than 200 years we have burned energy that nature took millions of years to store. That carbon is now in the air. At the same time, we make packaging that never returns to the soil and that, sooner or later, the rain carries down to the sea.
This is neither a punishment nor a prophecy. It is a debt: the Earth has lent us a great deal, and it is time to pay it back.
Tell a friend, and that friend tells another, and the lighthouse can be seen from further and further away.
What we propose
Movosfera is a worldwide movement working on three fronts:
- Clean the air. Every day millions of cars go out and pollute. Millions of machines and trees must go out and clean, around the clock.
- Clean up the waste. What comes from the soil should go back to the soil, and what has reached the sea should come out of it.
- Technology for everyone. Anyone should be able to produce their own clean energy, just as we once learned to make fire.
Why a climate change movement, and why now
Never before have so many people been connected, with so much science within reach and so much talent eager to act. What is missing is bringing it together. Tell a friend, and that friend tells another, and the lighthouse can be seen from further and further away.

Join the climate change movement
Check out the Earth Clock, whose scenarios calculate how long it would take to remove what has accumulated if we stopped emitting CO₂ and dumping plastic into the sea today, and how much shorter that time becomes when more of us join in. Take the “Where do you fit in?” quiz and find the front where your help counts most.
Leave those who come after you a better world than the one you were given. Our mission is what endures.
